Hi, I take walks too, a little over a mile a day. It keeps me able to walk, I have arthritis in my spine. Keep it up, walking is a good stress relief.
you should know...i lost several pounds....you know what i did...and up to now.....i dance....i will put on my headset and dance until i sweat...everyday...for one hour.....i dance.....and voila...after a month of endurance....and another month of patience....3 months after from 45 weist line...to 28....And i keep on dancing...God bless you....more power to you
