So I am quitting

It is the first day of no smoking....for the 1,000 time of quitting. I am going to quit but I want one sooooo bad.I can do this I really can.So yes I am out of the closet I have a addiction to cigarettes I hate them but love them all at once.I am going to try to write here so that I can get my feelings out everyday.I hope that I can do this.I have a patch on but I still want one grrrr this is so hard.If I can get through the 1st 2 weeks I am good.

My friend at work has been slowing weaning herself off cigarettes. She started off with 12 a day and each day she gets one less. So far she is down to 6. By the time she gets to one she is just going to go to one a week and then she thinks she can kick the habit. I thought I would share her test.

You can totally do it!!! Here are my tips but you may have already heard them. Chew cinnamon gum or drink grapefruit juice everytime you want to smoke. Get sleep, exercise, pray lots....and call me if you need someone to talk to. I'm proud of you!!!
